I am thankful for
this post on why writers should write.
I’m also thankful that since I’m stuck mid-post of my own, I can find great things to distract help me on the fantabulous www.
I seem to also be thankful for my Technorati Profile, although I’m not really sure what that means.

I saw that on Janet Reid’s blog. What an incredible post. If you’re ever lacking inspiration, I’d say that’ll change that for you.
Thanks for the great linkage, Amy. Reminds us of why we write.
Don’t you wish you had a search engine and defrag functions in your head? I do.
Great link. I like how she says story-telling has been around for a millenia for a reason. To connect, transport. Makes me think that no matter what the naysayers claim, books really aren’t going away anytime soon. (At least, I hope not!)
@ Angie’s comment. I was reading a book earlier and the characters referred to someone they hadn’t mentioned in a hundred pages. My reflex was to hit the Find command and type in the guy’s name so I could re-read that section, then I remembered I was reading a BOOK and it doesn’t work that way, lol!
A timely and wise post Amy. A healthy nudge to keep going is a sort of blessing.
