Mom meets grill – sweet potato fail
My sweet potato wedges met the grill and the grill won.
I make mean baked sweet potato wedges in the oven, so of course I assumed my magic would transfer to the grill.
Not. so. much.
I’ll try again another day. Last night, the healthy carb accompaniment to our grilled chicken, asparagus and cantaloupe dinner was out-of-the-box, ten-minute, brown rice.
Sigh.
