I think it is the side entrance to Hogwarts School of Wizardry.
Nathan says it is the Gates of Niflheim.
I have been corrected–Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (thanks to Jillian).
Also, I have now learned that we get the word “hell” from the ancient Norse whose ruler of Niflheim was named “Hel” (thanks to Nathan).
Yes, I have a child who wants everything to be exact and another child who knows all sorts of ancient trivia.
Just inside those doors is a nervous and excited bride, standing beside her quiet and tearful father. The organ music is building with crescendo and anticipation; the maid of honor has just disappeared into the sanctuary. It’s the bride’s turn next.

Inside these doors are 200 nervous college kids. Kids whose parents just kissed them goodbye for the last time, until homecoming that is.
Kids who will spend the next four years changing from kids to adults. And the next twenty wondering how it happened so fast.
